Property owners recently broke ground to begin construction on their new Somersby Park home. Meanwhile, a few streets over, another home is shaping up featuring a gorgeous view of Mount Pisgah and beyond.
Thanks to our resident volunteers, Somersby Park has new bridges on our trails… one across Kangaroo Falls and two can be hiked along the creek on Dee’s Memorial Trail. Enjoy!

Somersby Park is growing with new construction. Several homes are either underway or recently completed. Take a look at these custom homes and consider building here too. We have existing homes and property lots ready for purchase. Please visit our “Mountain Properities” section for more information.
