A hearty group gathers regularly for good food and fellowship. The men of Somersby Park mix it up and feast at several locations across the area every two weeks. This stop recently found everyone happy at the Hendersonville County Club for a delicious breakfast.

The Social Committee organized an end of summer gathering as residents brought delicious food, plenty of laughs and joined in fellowship under the Mulberry tree by the ponds.

10 hungry fellows showed up for a tasty hot breakfast and good conversation at the Hendersonville County Club. Different locations are selected throughout Henderson County for the Somersby Park friends to gather every two weeks. It’s always a fun time to catch up with the guys.

Cheers to new residents as we gathered to meet and greet new friends to Somersby Park. Good conversation, cool mountain air and the warmth from the fire made for a perfect evening.

On Saturday, March 4, residents headed to Tarheel Lanes to help Big Brothers Big Sisters meet their fundraising goal to support one-to-one mentoring for children of Henderson County and across Western North Carolina. It was a great neighborhood gathering of fun and fellowship in addition to helping a good cause. Art, who headed up Bowl-di-locks and the Three Spares team, won highest achiever of fundraising. In addition other residents made donations. Once again Somersby Park leads the way in community giving. Donations accepted through April
