Somersby Park women gathered at the ponds in October to enjoy a group luncheon and to share gardening tips, including the types of plants that thrive in our area. A ‘plant exchange’ was also in play, so those with extra plants could share their “Bounty” with others. We look forward to continuing and expanding this community event!

Somersby Park women gathered to hike a trail or two and then visited with the beloved goats at Carl Sandburg Home National Historic Site in Flat Rock. The outing finished with a delicious lunch at Hubba Hubba Smokehouse.

Somersby Park women know how to have a good time together on a beautiful spring afternoon. The gathering on the green along the ponds is the perfect place for lunch and fellowship.
